Thompson's first brush with the blues was in Liverpool in the late 60's. Roll on 30 years and he recorded his first album" Welcome Mister Blues" as Junior Thompson in the West of Ireland. Blues Impossible was recorded in Hastings UK with a stellar band, plus live to stereo tracks recorded at Galway Bay FM with his Irish band. Live feel throughout. ... more
